Rates
               Our  offer  includes  multiple  apartments  all in South Beach with  
    different   arrangements  and  sizes  with or  without beach view ,  deck access  
    so it  will  be  impossible  to  post the  exact  rates  for  each   individual
    apartment .
          Keep  in mind    when you  call   or  e-mail  us to  get the  rates   for  specific  
    dates  we also  apply   discounts  most of  the time  based   on  how  long  is  
    your  stay , how  many  apartments  you're  renting  , and  we also  offer  very  
    generous  discounts for return  costumers.
          Here  a  sample  of  how  we  apply  the  discounts and  how  much money  
    you  can save   when  booking  with  us  :
          For  Unit  403 we  charged  in 2008 from  March 10th  to  17th a  nightly  rate  
    of 335$.  For  a  7  night   rental we offered a  18%  discount   bringing  the  total  
    price  of 1,922$,for a  return customer  the  discount would be an  extra  7%  off
    bringing the  total  down to   1,853$  .
          Keep  in mind   that  March is  the highest   rate  of  the  year (full  season in
    Miami ),  and  Unit  403   is  the  nicest  one  bedroom   with  deck  access and  
    beautiful  view (see pictures here). We do  not  charge  any  other   fees  that
    all    the hotels  in Miami  charge  (cleaning  fee, booking  fee , damage  deposit
    )  .
    In off  season( September , October)  the   same  unit  403   would  cost    
    about      225$/night  ,  with the  discount   the  total would  be 1,291$  for  7
    nights .
          As  you  can see   our  prices are  extremely  competitive    and  we  try  to  
    make  it  affordable  to   any  budget , this is  why we  are constantly  working on
    adding  new  units  to our  offer .

           For  last minute  rentals  we  also  offer  bigger  discounts   and  we  will  let  
    you  name  the  price  you  want to pay  , please   be  reasonable  as we  take  a
    lot of pride in our  work  and  we respect all our  customers   and  treat   
    everyone as a  friend.
      If you  wonder  how  we  can  afford  to keep our  prices  lower  than  the  big  
    name hotels  in South  Beach   , it is  simple   :  We   do not  use the  middle
    men   policy    where we have to pay    fees  to   all  kinds of  travel agencies . All  
    our  employees  are  working  directly for  our  company  and  they  very  well  
    qualified   and  have  years  of  experience in vacation rentals .  Most of  our  
    apartments   are much larger  than  a regular  hotel  room   and  we  base our  
    success on  return  satisfied  customers  every  year..
        For  us  this  is  more  like  a  family  business  where   we  try   to  win   our   
    customers   trust   and loyalty   , this  why   we  also offer  a   nice  5% discount  
    for referrals.
         We   do  require  a  20% down payment for  reservation , the  rest  of  80%   
    is  due   2  week   before  your  check-in   date  .  For  more information please
